Each page of my website has Title & Meta, however my website is not ranking in top 10 positions.

It is not necessary that each page of your website has Title & Meta so it will rank in top 10 positions. There are many factors affecting in top 10 rankings. Please refer "SEO ranking factors" for more information.

Search engines dislike if your Title & Meta are:

• Shorter
• Duplicate
• Irrelevant

In this case, your each page of your website requires analyzing from above points and add/edit in a way that your website each copy of your web page should have unique, keywords rich and page specific Title & Meta.
